Scientific and technical reports are subject to the US Department of Energy’s Public Access Policy, the same as published journal articles. You don’t necessarily need to submit these to the publications office, unless you need assistance sending the report to OSTI.
- Please use this Google Form to request an LBL Report Number. The form should generate an auto-response with your number.
- Scientific and Technical Reports need to be submitted to OSTI. You can do this yourself via the publications management system.
- If you need an OSTI ID, please contact the publications office directly.
- If the report comes from a subcontract, and has no LBL researcher as an author, please contact the publications office to facilitate submission to OSTI.
