On Friday, November 19, 2021, the Information Technologies (IT) Division launched a new website in order to provide a more accessible and user-friendly navigation experience.
The IT Division provides a diverse array of services to maintain stewardship of Berkeley Lab’s strategic priorities and scientific research mission, in addition to supporting business applications, technologies services, and related infrastructure.
The new website design is in alignment with other LBNL Operations Division websites and includes responsive features for adaptive viewing on smartphones and tablets. The website is also easier to maintain with fresh content. Stay tuned at the end of November for the follow-up launch of a monthly IT newsletter to help Berkeley Lab staff stay up to date on the latest activities and recommendations from IT subject matter experts.
The focus to date has been on transitioning the existing IT website to the new design. Please bear with us as updates to content continue over the next few months.
