The Lab is evaluated on its publications compliance as part of PEMP Goal 6.5 set by the DOE. Under DOE Order 241.1C we no longer have an extra year to comply with the public access policy. All publications are to be submitted without unnecessary delay. In practical terms, OSTI wants publications within 90 days of publication as of Oct 1, 2024.
