Zoom experts host free and interactive live training webinars daily. These virtual training sessions are designed for beginner and intermediate users and help staff learn Zoom basics in less than an hour.
- Modify Zoom account settings at zoom.lbl.gov. Select ‘My Account’ in the upper right corner.
- Note: Berkeley Lab staff are automatically provisioned a Zoom Pro license. Sign into the Zoom client or login at zoom.lbl.gov using your Berkeley Lab Identity username and password.
- Obtain Audio-Visual (AV) equipment and services by submitting the AV Request Form.
Getting Started with Zoom Meetings
Ready to start using Zoom, but need some help? Drop-in for daily (Mon-Fri) quick starts! A Zoom expert will take you through a 30-minute high-level tour of Zoom and cover the basics to get you up and running. It’s as simple as logging in, scheduling a meeting, and finding the controls. Live training concludes with a Q&A session where Zoom experts address audience question.

Once you have completed our Getting Started with Zoom Meetings session, our Zoom expert will guide you through a 60-minute tour of Zoom Meetings, taking you beyond the basics. This session includes live Q&A.
Gain the skills you need to be an amazing Zoom host. This 60-minute user onboarding session with live Q&A will review features applicable to Zoom Meetings and using the Zoom Client software. We will discuss scheduling and hosting your events with an emphasis on best practices. This session is public and open to all Zoom users. Attendees will be muted and able to submit questions via text.
