The IT Division Scientific Computing Group (ScienceIT) is excited to host a virtual training session on Thursday, April 25 from 1:00-2:30 PM. The training will help familiarize you with the Rocky-8 testing environment provided on Lawrencium Supercluster and also equip you with the necessary skills to adapt your applications to the new OS. This is a unique opportunity to delve into the specifics of the Rocky-8 setup on the cluster and explore the exciting new features of the OS environment. We understand that recompiling applications can be a daunting task, so we will provide an overview of available packages and valuable tips on building packages on your own.
