Stanford Biologists use LBNL Singularity for HPC Portability
Biologists and neuroscientists at Stanford have standardized on Singularity for deploying and executing their BIDS (Brain Imaging Data Structure) stack and bridging their development environments (desktops, workstations, and local servers) to traditional HPC.
