*Expedited Requests (less than 5 business days for moves, installs or changes, and less than 6 business days for cable pulls) incur a 50% premium charge. Work requested to be performed on Sundays or holidays is charged at double time.
All work, except disconnects, have associated charges. Managers responsible for planning new facilities or major modifications, should contact the Telephone Service Center at extension 7997, to obtain budgetary estimates for all types of communications facilities (including underground facilities and distribution closets) that may be required.
Note: Technician travel time charges will be added to service order requests for off-site buildings.
