
Beginning June 2024, Federal Records Centers will no longer accept paper records. Please prioritize and expedite this paper records collection requirement and transfer paper records to the Records Management Office (RMO) no later than May 17, 2024. RMO has limited processing space so Divisions should coordinate the transfer of records as soon as possible. To get started:
- Email records@lbl.gov to request records boxes.
- Check office areas, desks, filing cabinets, and storage areas for records.
- Fill out the Records Transfer Form and email the completed document to records@lbl.gov.
The transition from paper records to electronic is a necessary and substantial change in business practices and your assistance is greatly appreciated.
