The IT Division Audio Visual group (AV) hosted a hybrid events training workshop on June 13, 2023. This training was developed to help Lab staff successfully plan, schedule, manage and execute an efficient hybrid event using Zoom Room technology.
Over 90 staff members joined the workshop with additional groups viewing directly from Zoom Rooms. If you weren’t able to make it, watch a replay of the event and review the workshop resources below.
