Berkeley Lab Conference Room 50B-4205, located down the hall from the main auditorium, was recently upgraded to include state-of-the-art technology, enhanced flexibility, and a sleek new design, making it an excellent choice for a variety of different events.

Conference Room 50B-4205 has undergone a full refresh, from brand-new carpeting to cutting-edge audiovisual enhancements. Among the major upgrades are:
- A New 136-Inch Video Wall – The largest screen outside the main auditorium, perfect for presentations, hybrid meetings, and collaboration.
- Flexible Room Configuration – Whether you need a boardroom-style setup, a classroom layout, or a breakout session with spillover into the auditorium, this space can adapt to your needs.
- A Movable Display on a Cart – An additional portable 86” display allows for dynamic setups and easy content sharing.
- Enhanced AV System – A high-quality ceiling sound system ensures crystal-clear audio throughout the space, no matter how it’s arranged.
- Integrated Whiteboard Functionality – The portable 86” display is a digital whiteboard for interactive sessions. (Note: the 136-inch video wall is not a digital whiteboard.)
- Refreshed Aesthetics – The carpet and paint have been upgraded for a modern, polished look that enhances both in-person and virtual meetings.
