Headsets

To order:

Send your request to Telephone Services at TSC@lbl.gov and include the following information:

• User Name
• Type of equipment
• Project id
• If installation is needed

Please note:  All headsets have a warranty of six months.  Headsets are not returnable once used, other than for warranty issues.  A service charge will be incurred if a technician is requested to install the headset.  Telephone Services recommends that customers pick up purchased cordless headsets for their office.  Email authorization is required for cordless headsets to be delivered via interoffice mail.
