To order, submit a Service Request at go.lbl.gov/tsc-service and choose the “Deskphone Accessories” Service Catalog Item. All requests must be approved by a Division’s designated Telephone Coordinator or a Manager. For further information, please call the Telephone Service Center at 486-7997 or x7997.
Please note: All headsets have a warranty of six months. Headsets are not returnable once used, other than for warranty issues. A service charge will be incurred if a technician is requested to install the headset. Telephone Services recommends that customers pick up purchased cordless headsets for their office.
