In the coming weeks, emails from ServiceNow, Taleo, and LabAlert will start arriving From addresses in an lbl.gov subdomain, e.g., @service-now.lbl.gov, @hsc.lbl.gov, and @labalert.lbl.gov, instead of @lbl.gov senders. This is an official change to better secure Berkeley Lab communications.
New From addresses and the effective change dates are documented in the IT FAQ – Changes to Institutional Service Email Addresses. Tip: Log in to Commons to watch the page and be notified of future updates.
As the senders change, please update your email filters with the new From addresses.
