The Collaboration Services Team is responsible for the administration and support of applications that help you connect with your colleagues and the services offered at Berkeley Lab. These services include Google Workspace applications like Gmail, Calendar, Google Drive, Google Sites, Google Groups, among others, Confluence, identity services, and the Lab’s Performance Management Process application.
We also support services that allow you to login to your accounts and keep your data secure by enforcing passwords and Multi Factor Authentication.
The Collaboration Services Team also provides support for mailing lists (Google Groups) and data migration services to Google Drive.
