The IT Division is excited to invite Berkeley Lab staff to join a 1Password training session on Wednesday, April 17, 2024 at noon.
1Password is a password management solution now offered to the Lab as an alternative option to LastPass. Both products will help keep your online accounts secure and organized and either may be used at your preference. The vendor-led virtual training will provide guidance on how to:
- Create and use strong passwords
- Manage multiple passwords
- Use 1Password’s security features
- Install 1Password on your computer and mobile devices
- Share passwords in a team
How to Join the Training Session
Please RSVP to confirm your attendance by completing the 1Password Training Registration Form. You will receive an email reminder with a Zoom meeting link prior to the day of the event.

Recommended prerequisites: The training is most effective if participants have access to their computer workstation during or after the session to set up their 1Password accounts as learned.
