macOS BigFix Push for CrowdStrike Starts May 11
On Thursday, May 11, 2023, the Lab’s new antivirus software, CrowdStrike, will be automatically delivered to active macOS systems via BigFix. BigFix will display a pop-up notice before the process begins. User interaction and reboot is required. Read more »

Berkeley Lab joins UC open access agreement with Wiley
The University of California announced an expansion of the open access agreement with Wiley, one of the world’s largest publishers. This is a reminder for LBNL users regarding the end-of-life for Windows 8.1 and Windows 2012 R2 products. Outdated operating systems increase the security risk for the Lab and must be upgraded or replaced.
